Exercise to test ESB Moneypoint Emergency Plan (SEVESO)
A scenario of an oil fire on the jetty during an oil boat unloading operation while connected to the unloading arm. While primarily a desk top exercise a visit to the site to discuss response by both internal and external emergency services. Exercise was attended by Clare County Council Fire Brigade, Fire Officer, HSE, Gardai, Sea-pt and OWRN.
